About the presenter: Sheila Spangler has spent her career in finance as a business broker, commercial lender, consultant and business owner. As a business intermediary with Murphy Business & Financial, Sheila specializes in business sales, buyer searches, business valuation, negotiation, deal structure, and financing. Sheila holds a master’s level degree from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boise State University. She has earned both the Certified Business Intermediary and the Certified Treasury Professional designations. Additionally, she has completed four core courses toward the completion of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is a licensed Idaho real estate broker.
